Meet Shay Blutrich

Hi, I’m Shay — founder and behaviour analyst at Shaping Growth ABA. I was diagnosed as a child with learning disabilities, and I know how powerful the right support can be when it’s individualized and compassionate.

My approach is rooted in ABA as a science, applied in a way that fits the person and their support system. Our goal is to help families move forward with clarity, confidence, and practical tools — without a one-size-fits-all plan.

Funding & payment
Funding can take time — and the in-between can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re deciding if you should apply, waiting for funding to come through, or newly approved and figuring out where to invest it, we’ll meet you where you’re at.
On a complimentary call, we’ll learn about your situation and help you feel clear on next steps, with no pressure and no obligation to continue.
