Hi, I’m Jason, the admin here at Shaping Growth ABA! In my role, I get to do a little bit of everything; one day it’s billing, the next it’s making sure the toys are clean and ready for action. With a background in customer care, operations and project management, I'm here to help keep things running smoothly so our families and behaviour analysts can focus on what really matters.
Whether it’s answering questions, fixing problems, or just making sure things don’t fall apart—I’m here to help!

Mojgan Zarrabi
Registered Behaviour Analyst

Hi, I’m Mojgan Zarrabi, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) in Ontario. I hold a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology and Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. I have worked in home, clinic, and school settings, providing parent coaching and direct support to children in both structured and unstructured environments. I use evidence-based approaches such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to promote meaningful skill development and positive behavior change.

I truly enjoy working with children and witnessing their progress, no matter how big or small. Seeing their growth and confidence build over time is what makes this work so rewarding to me. My goal is to provide effective, individualized strategies that help children build essential skills while empowering families and educators to support them in meaningful ways.

William O'Dwyer
Registered Behaviour Analyst

Hi! I’m William O’Dwyer, a Behaviour Analyst here at Shaping Growth ABA. I have always loved learning, but typical learning environments made it hard for me to succeed. From my past experiences, I use ABA and physical activity to help students build skills in communication, social interactions, and school readiness. I center my work on developing strong relationships with students to create a solid foundation for learning, and I never take it for granted.
I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!

Karen Palmer
Registered Behaviour Analyst

Hi, I am Karen Palmer, I have been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for over 20 years. I have had the privilege of working with a multitude of clients in a wide variety of settings. I have worked with clients from as young as 1.5 all the way to 24 years of age. I have worked in homes, schools, agencies and in residential care homes, as a behaviour therapist, behaviour analyst and as a manager. This was not the original pathway I was going to take in life but when I was asked to work with a 2 year old on the autism spectrum, I could not resist. Little did I know that was going to be a pivotal moment in my life and I have never looked back. I absolutely love learning new things and find the ever-changing field of behaviour analysis to be fascinating.

When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors in the wilderness and hanging with my cats.

I look forward to working with your family!
