Karen Palmer
Registered Behaviour Analyst
Hi, I am Karen Palmer, a Registered Behaviour Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting autistic children and youth across home, school, agency, and residential settings. I am deeply passionate about helping learners develop meaningful skills in communication, self-help,
play, and independence through individualized, strength-based programming.
I enjoy working in close partnership with parents and caregivers, recognizing the child–family relationship as central to growth and long-term success. My approach honours each learner’s unique communication style and focuses on building trust, cooperation, and autonomy using evidence-based practices such as Functional Communication Training (FCT), augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and Skill-Based Treatment.
My goal is to create meaningful, lasting improvements in the daily lives and overall quality of life of the individuals and families I serve. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time in nature, time with my two sons and our cats.

Arwen Hunter
Registered Behaviour Analyst
I'm Arwen, a Registered Behaviour Analyst and BCBA who supports school-age children and their families. As a mom of three, I understand the realities of navigating school systems and advocating for kids with different needs. ABA is my second career after working with an international toy company—an experience that shaped my love of play, creativity, and making learning genuinely engaging. I bring that blend of fun and evidence-based practice into every session and am passionate about creating supportive, inclusive environments where children feel excited to learn.
I live in West Toronto with my husband, three kids, and our dog, Mookie (who may or may not be the favourite). When i'm not working, you can usually find me reading, relaxing by the water, or competing for my children’s attention.

Kari Wilcox
Registered Behaviour Analyst
I’m Kari, a Registered Behaviour Analyst and a BCBA with over nine years of experience in the field. My passion for behaviour analysis began in my teen years when I volunteered with a drama and dance program for children and youth with exceptional needs. This formative experience first introduced me to the power of meaningful connection, growth and inclusion.
Since then, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families, with a special focus on early intervention. I love to see children develop new skills and build confidence, celebrating the wins along the way no matter how small!
My goal is to help others to experience the energy and joy that comes learning. I believe learning should be enjoyable for everyone involved– clients, parents, students and colleagues alike.
