Practical support for meaningful, everyday progress
Our work focuses on skills that help daily life feel more manageable at home, at school, and in the community. We take time to understand the full picture, then build a plan that’s realistic, compassionate, and evidence-informed.

What happens during ABA support?
Every plan is tailored, but support often includes a blend of:
Assessment + goal-setting to understand needs, priorities, and what matters most day-to-day
Skill-building and practice in the settings where skills are actually used
Caregiver coaching so strategies are consistent and sustainable
Collaboration with others in your circle of care (when helpful)
Common goals we work on
These are examples — your goals are always individualized.

smoother routines and transitions
building independence (daily living skills)
big feelings and recovery (emotional regulation and flexibility)
school participation and learning support
confidence with stressful or new experiences (appointments, community settings)
sleep routines and sleep independence
puberty / sexuality education and safety skills (when appropriate)
Not sure what type of support you need?
We’ll help you choose a starting point based on goals, setting, and family capacity. Support may include:
01
1:1 Direct Support
Best for: skill-building with the individual in real-life settings.
02
Caregiver Coaching
Best for: parents/caregivers who want practical tools and consistency at home.
03
Consultation Services
Best for: aligning strategies across school, camps, or other providers.
Want the full breakdown of settings and service areas?
Quality-first, flexible, and collaborative
We intentionally move away from one-size-fits-all models. Our recommendations are based on need and capacity, not rigid packages, and families stay informed and involved throughout the process.
Clients work directly with experienced registered and board-certified behaviour analysts
No rigid minimum hours
No contract penalties for vacations or life events
Support across home, school, and community (as appropriate)
Funding & Payment Options (Ontario)
Navigating funding can feel like a full-time job, and timelines can be long. We’ll meet you where you’re at, whether you’re exploring the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), already on a waitlist, or deciding how to use funding you’ve received.
We commonly support families who are:
-
Considering OAP funding, and unsure what to apply for or what it can be used for
-
Already registered/waiting and looking for support in the meantime
-
Recently approved and wanting guidance on how to invest funding effectively
-
Using extended health benefits or private pay for support alongside (or instead of) funding
